Dear Friends:
I shall have a holiday in the last week of June and doubt
if I shall get any more this year, so I can adapt myself to any time
and place for the Committee meeting that you others may decide on.
The MS of Part III of the Journal was sent to the printer’s
last week and that of the first volume of Professor’s Collected Papers
(containing the Erste Folge and the Zur Geschichte der Bewegung) this
week. We are actively carrying out plans for early publication of other
volumes, by Abraham, Ferenczi, Rank and Reik, so that in a year’s time
we hope to have something substantial to shew for our new stewardship.
I was interested to hear of Ferenczi’s vernichtendes Urteil
on Varendonck’s paper. V. had also sent it to me for the Journal, and I
had rejected it.
Adler is coming to the Oxford Congress and reads a paper on
Individual Psychology.
There is no news from here beyond business matters which I
have communicated through Abraham and Rank separately.
With cordial greetings
Ernest Jones.
