Dear Friends,  

My Rundbrief this month is late because I have been exceptionally over-  
worked in practice and because there is nothing urgent to report. The Society  
finished its Session quietly, the last two Meetings being taken up with Short Communi-  
cations only. Legal and architectural delays still occur in regard to the Clinic, so  
that it may not be fully opened until after the holidays. I gave what is called an  
Extension Lecture last week at the University of London on the „Psychology of Dream Life“,  
which found much interest.  

My little boy had his appendix removed last Tuesday and is doing excel-  
lently. As suspected, there was a chain of glands also present, which increased our  
anxiety.  

My holidays this year begin on August 8th and consist of two weeks at the  
sea-side followed by three weeks in Holland.  

Berlin Thank you for your letter, l. Hanns; I have just received Rank’s  
book but have not yet read much of it. The question of review is obviously important.  
I would suggest either Radó or yourself if the other members of the Committee agree.  

Budapest I have been urgently awaiting, l. Sándor, an answer to my ques-  
tion about your attending the Moll Congress. Perhaps I shall hear from you before  
you receive this letter.  

Vienna You will, I am sure, l. Professor, understand that the celebra-  
tion Number of the Journal could not appear at the same time as the German ones.
 

because of the question of translation. We are arranging a special Double Number  
which will appear this Summer. I suppose I may assume your permission to make use  
of the same photograph that appeared in the Zeitschrift?
