Dear Friends,

The Berlin Rundbrief that arrived a couple of days ago seemed to make  
reference to a passage in a Vienna Rundbrief. I am writing to say that I have  
not received anything this month from either Budapest or Vienna.  

I need hardly say that the proposal about the Rank Review being circu-  
lated prior to publication is very welcome to me.
