» has a house there and I have stayed with them there the past two years, so shall again take the opportunity of paying them a visit.  I hope you will not mind, and will promise not to interfere too much with your well‑earned rest, which I hope will do you the world of good.

In Brussels I am going to investigate this new Internationaler Congress für medizische Psychologie.  It sounds suspicious with Frank playing so prominent a part,«FN1.××Ludwig Frank (1863‑1935) of Zurich, author of «MDUL»Die Psychoanalyse«MDNM» (Munich: E. Reinhardt, 1910), which advocated a modified version of the Freud‑Breuer cathartic method.  There is no mention of Frank in Jones (1910‑11b) or in Ellenberger (1970, pp. 805‑806), where summaries of the proceedings are to be found.

» and I surmise that one of its objects,  like Moll's «MDUL»Zeitschrift«MDNM»,«FN1.××Albert Moll (1862‑1939), Berlin sexologist, founder and editor of «MDUL»Zeitschrift für Psychotherapie und medizinische Psychologie«MDNM».» is to counteract the "psychische Epidemie" of Hoche.«FN1.××Alfred E. Hoche (1865‑1943), opponent of psychoanalysis, author of the anti‑Freudian polemic (Hoche, 1910), which is given coverage in Jones (1955a, p. 116; 1955b, p. 131).
